Old Stone Inn Boutique Hotel, Niagara Falls

The hotel's location is unbeatable, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do, but the noise from a nearby nightclub was a major drawback. The rooms were very cold upon arrival, and the lack of hot water was a significant issue during our stay.

Although the hotel didn't have the rooms as advertised and lacked an exterior entrance and closing curtains, the manager did allow us to change rooms due to the unpleasant smell. The service was a mix of shock and friendliness, with the staff accommodating our requests, like making hot cocoa for our kids on a rainy night. The location, despite being noisy and missing a room refrigerator, was convenient, close to attractions like Skylon tower and Table Rock. The dining experience was average, with room for improvement in timing and variety. The facilities overall were adequate.

The service was a mix of helpful and kind interactions, although there was an unfortunate incident of releasing personal information to the wrong customer. The location was ideal for leisurely walks and away from excessive traffic, yet could be uncomfortable due to humidity. The dining options, while good, suffered from slow service. Facilities provided were decent, with some room for improvement.

However, I was taken aback by the outdated key locks that caused a bit of inconvenience. The dining experience was a bit on the pricey side, but the food was delicious, making it worth it in the end. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, adding to a decent stay.
